Fitness Center Information
Welcome to the Fitness Center! We are a family oriented club providing services to kids, seniors and every age in between.
Our Facility
The fitness center includes free weights, CYBEX weight training equipment and cardio equipment including treadmills, cross-trainers, stairmasters, bikes and rowers.
Group Exercise Program
The Group Exercise program is designed to meet every level. Each certified instructor is trained to evaluate the class and offer modifications to the participant's level. We offer morning and evening classes consisting of several class formats such as Step & Pump; Kickboxing; Barbell Workout; etc. If you are a new participant please introduce yourself to the instructor a few minutes prior to class.
